1. Acceptance

By using otaireactivates.com you agree to these Terms.

OTAI Reactivates provides AI lead reactivation systems. Deliverables and scope are defined in individual service agreements.

50% upfront, 50% on completion. Retainers billed monthly.

All systems remain OTAI's property until full payment is received.

Clients must provide CRM access and lead data. Timelines depend on receipt of required inputs.

OTAI is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid.

Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential.

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Client owes for all work completed.

Governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
